Quite honestly, I wasn’t sure what the outcome would be taste-wise.

But I have to say, this turned out absolutely delicious! My recipe was a success, and I’m thrilled with how the flavors came together. Next time, I would probably add a little more sweetener and increase the amount of lavender extract for an even stronger floral note.

The fresh rosemary and lavender were picked straight from my garden, which made this drink feel even more special. Adding extra blueberries, rosemary sprigs, and lavender sprigs to the steamed milk created a beautiful aroma and elevated the overall flavor.

This is definitely a recipe I’ll be making again—possibly tonight!

Ingredients:

  • Califia Farms Oat Milk

  • SkinnyGirl Blueberry Lavender drink mix

  • Oatly Oatmilk creamer

  • Lavender extract paste

  • Fresh French lavender sprigs

  • Dried French lavender

  • Fresh Rosemary sprigs

  • Fresh blueberries

  • whole earth sweetener

Make it!

Use a muddler to gently mash your blueberries—this will help release their flavor and natural juices. Heat the blueberries in a sauté pan or microwave, but be careful not to overcook them! As soon as they begin to bubble, they’re ready.

Heat your milk using the same method, either on the stovetop or in the microwave.

Add the warmed blueberries to your cup, then pour in the steamed milk and sweetener. Stir well to combine all of those delicious blueberry flavors with the milk. For an extra burst of flavor and a beautiful presentation, drop a few more blueberries into the hot milk.

In a separate bowl, combine your creamer, lavender extract, @skinnygirl drink mix, and additional sweetener if desired. Froth this mixture until it’s smooth and perfectly creamy, then slowly pour it over your steamed milk.

Finish it off with dried lavender, fresh lavender sprigs, and rosemary for a beautiful aroma and an extra touch of garden-inspired flavor.

Sip, savor, and enjoy!
